Recently we announced the launch of our new booking system – My RTT Portal – and the change of name for the online learning platform from RTT Online to My E-Learning Portal. Since the announcement, there has been some confusion over where to find key materials. Below we clarify the purpose of each platform for you.
My E-Learning Portal (formerly known as RTT Online)
Here you can find:
- All of your RTT learning modules and study materials
- Professional development and post-graduation modules
- Replays of the Masterclasses, Ask Marisa Tutorials and Alumni Masterclasses
- Calendar to register for Student and Alumni Reflective Practice
- Calendar to register to be an Observer for Student Reflective Practice (required for graduates as part of the License to Practice)
My RTT Portal (formerly referred to as Arlo)
This is where you register for ALL online/virtual events including:
- Program Orientation
- Virtual Classroom days
- Masterclasses (for Students)
- Ask Marisa Tutorials
- Tutor Group Sessions
- Professional Development webinars
- Ask the Team webinars
- Knowledge and Practice Standards webinars
- Alumni Masterclasses
- Book Club
While we have received lots of positive feedback about how the new system has made booking events easier, there have been some unexpected issues which the team has been working hard to resolve behind the scenes, and appreciate your patience during this transition. If you have had problems registering and accessing the portal, these top tips may help:
- Activate your My RTT Portal account by clicking the link sent to the email you registered with when you signed up
- Always use the email address registered with RTT to log in and avoid accidentally creating an additional account with a different email address
- You can change to view events in your timezone at the top right of any event listing page
- You can find links between the two systems from the top menu of both My RTT Portal and My E-Learning Portal
